Cookie Policy

Last updated: June 11, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies the Krios web dashboard, operated by DayronLabs LLC, uses, for what purpose, and how you can manage them. Our approach is minimalist: we only use cookies strictly necessary for the Service to function. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser to remember information between visits, such as your signed-in session. Similar technologies, like local storage (localStorage), serve equivalent purposes without being sent with every request.

2. Essential session cookies (Better-Auth)

Dashboard authentication is handled by Better-Auth, which sets strictly necessary session cookies. Without them it is impossible to sign in or keep your account protected, so they do not require prior consent under applicable regulations.

  • better-auth.session_token — securely identifies your authenticated session (HttpOnly, SameSite). Expires on sign-out or at the end of its validity.
  • Auxiliary Better-Auth cookies for the Discord OAuth flow (state and anti-CSRF verification), short-lived and removed once sign-in completes.

3. Payment processing cookies (Stripe)

When you start a checkout, Stripe — our payment processor — may set cookies necessary to complete the transaction securely and prevent fraud. These cookies belong to Stripe and are governed by its own privacy policy.

  • __stripe_mid — fraud-prevention identifier. Approximate duration: 1 year.
  • __stripe_sid — checkout session identifier. Approximate duration: 30 minutes.

4. Local preferences (no cookies)

Your theme preference (light/dark) and other interface preferences are stored in your browser’s local storage (localStorage), not in cookies, and are never transmitted to our servers for identification purposes.

5. What we do NOT use

We do not use advertising cookies, social media cookies, or third-party analytics cookies that track your activity across websites. We do not sell information derived from cookies.

6. How to manage cookies

You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies from its privacy settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge offer equivalent controls). Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in to the dashboard.

7. Changes and contact

We will publish any changes to this Policy on this page, updating the revision date. If you have questions, write to [email protected].
