This page describes the licensing regime applicable to Krios, the scope of the usage license granted to users, and the acknowledgment of third-party components used in the platform.
1. Proprietary software
Krios — including the Discord bot, the web dashboard, its source code, architecture, visual design, documentation, trademarks, and logos — is proprietary software and the exclusive property of DayronLabs LLC. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Nothing in these documents or in the Service itself shall be construed as an assignment, sale, or transfer of intellectual property rights to the user.
2. Limited usage license
DayronLabs grants the user a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Service on their Discord servers, subject to the Terms of Service and, where applicable, the purchased subscription plan. This license terminates automatically upon account termination or removal of the bot.
3. Restrictions — no redistribution
The following are expressly prohibited without the prior written authorization of DayronLabs LLC:
- Copying, redistributing, publishing, renting, selling, or sublicensing the Service or any of its components.
- Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering the bot, the dashboard, or its internal APIs, except to the extent mandatorily permitted by law.
- Creating derivative works, clones, or competing services based on Krios code, design, or documentation.
- Removing or altering ownership notices, trademarks, or attributions present in the Service.
- Using the "Krios" or "DayronLabs" marks in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement without authorization.
4. Open source components
Krios relies on third-party open source software, each under its own license. Those licenses apply only to the respective components and extend no rights over Krios proprietary code. Main components:
- Next.js and React — MIT License (Vercel, Inc. / Meta Platforms, Inc.).
- discord.js — Apache 2.0 License.
- Prisma ORM — Apache 2.0 License (Prisma Data, Inc.).
- Tailwind CSS — MIT License (Tailwind Labs Inc.).
- Better Auth — MIT License.
- Caddy Server — Apache 2.0 License.
5. Infringement notices
If you believe any content in the Service infringes your intellectual property rights, send a detailed notice to [email protected] including identification of the work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, and your contact details. We handle notices in accordance with applicable law, including the DMCA.
