Terms of Service

Use of the Service requires that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by Discord in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into contracts. If you use the Service on behalf of a community, organization, or legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

Your use of the Service is additionally conditioned on compliance with Discord Inc.'s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, which apply independently of these Terms.

Krios is an automation, security, and management platform for Discord servers including, among others, anti-nuke, anti-raid, moderation, support tickets, experience levels, backups, and a web configuration dashboard.

The Service is offered under a freemium model: a free plan with essential features and a subscription-based Premium plan with advanced features. The contents of each plan are described on the pricing page and may evolve over time.

The Service interacts with Discord's official API and is subject to its rate limits. DayronLabs implements queues and throttling to respect those limits; the User agrees not to take actions designed to force, saturate, or circumvent these mechanisms.

The following are strictly prohibited: reverse engineering the dashboard's internal endpoints; automating requests against the dashboard API without written authorization; using the Service for mass collection of Discord user data; and reselling or sublicensing access to the Service.

• Audit exports are limited to 1,000 records per request.
• Bot commands may enforce per-user and per-server cooldowns.
• DayronLabs may temporarily throttle servers generating anomalous load to protect overall Service stability.

The User acknowledges that bot operation depends on factors outside DayronLabs’ control, including the availability of the Discord platform, its API, and correct permission configuration within each server. Features such as anti-nuke or backups require elevated permissions; if a server does not grant or later revokes them, those features may degrade or stop working without this constituting a breach.

Krios security features are risk-mitigation tools and do not guarantee absolute prevention of attacks, data loss, or malicious actions by third parties holding legitimate permissions.

Dashboard access uses Discord authentication (OAuth) and, optionally, a password and second factor. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and all activity carried out from their account, and must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access through the support channels.

Premium subscriptions are purchased per server and processed through Stripe, Inc. DayronLabs does not store card numbers. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand from the billing portal.

Unless applicable law provides otherwise, payments are non-refundable once a service period has begun. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, during which Premium features remain active.

The Service, including its source code, design, trademarks, logos, and documentation, is the exclusive property of DayronLabs LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms transfer no ownership rights to the User — only a limited license to use the Service as described in the Licenses page.

Configuration data entered by the User remains theirs; the User grants DayronLabs a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, harassment, malware distribution, spam, evasion of Discord sanctions, or any use that infringes third-party rights. DayronLabs may withdraw the Service from servers that, in its reasonable judgment, host such activities.

DayronLabs may suspend or terminate access to the Service, in whole or in part, with or without notice, in cases of breach of these Terms, non-payment, risk to platform security, or legal requirement. The User may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from their server and requesting deletion of their account.

Upon termination, DayronLabs may delete data associated with the server within the timeframes described in the Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAYRONLABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, NOR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REPUTATION.

DayronLabs' total aggregate liability to the User for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or, failing that, fifty US dollars (USD 50).

The User shall indemnify and hold harmless DayronLabs LLC, its officers, and employees from third-party claims arising from use of the Service in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

DayronLabs may modify these Terms by publishing the updated version on this page with its revision date. Continued use of the Service after publication constitutes acceptance of material changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction of residence. For any legal inquiry, write to [email protected].
